Located less than a mile east from Parkview, Reverb will be a 312-unit community on a 25-acre site in the growing Huber Heights Entertainment District. Located directly across from The Rose Music Center, the community name is an homage to the “reverberation” of sound that residents will enjoy and the interior design will pull inspiration from music themes. The community will include a clubhouse, movie theater, game room, fitness center, saltwater pool, pickleball court, and outdoor kitchen. Construction will begin in 2024.
