This project consists of 46 one and two bedroom apartments on .76 acres. The project features a lobby and fitness center for the residents on the first floor, as well as an attached parking garage. The garage includes parking for the entire project within the footprint of the building by utilizing tandem and single car spaces. The center of the project creates a unique courtyard space that houses a large mobile created by a local artist. This project was completed in August of 2017.
