This 168 unit community sits on over three dozen 40’ wide infill lots along Chambers Road and Chesapeake Avenue immediately west of a Kroger grocery store. The community was developed in four phases in which various lots had to be acquired, annexed from Clinton Township into the City of Columbus, and rezoned with companion council variances to allow for the final use. The project is participating in the Fifth by Northwest CRA utilizing the tax abatement. All phases were successfully built on budget and on schedule.
