The Peake


The Peake is a new concept for Metropolitan Holdings, consisting of 46 apartment homes in a three-story building immediately east of a newly renovated Kroger store on Chambers road and Northwest Boulevard in the Grandview area. Choose from a number of floor plans of one bedroom, one bedroom with a den and two bedroom apartments. All parking for the project will be in a private garage on the first floor of the building. The building will offer a 24 hour fitness studio exclusively for the residents along with a well appointed lobby and a courtyard furnished with a fully functional mobile designed by a local artist.
